Author Guidelines

An IEEE conference paper must be prepared in the standard two-column IEEE format using Times New Roman 10-point font, with strict margin settings. The paper length is usually limited to 4–6 pages including figures and references. The title should be clear and concise, followed by author names, affiliations, and email addresses. An abstract of 150–250 words must summarize the problem, method, and results in one paragraph. Authors should include 3–5 relevant keywords. The paper is typically organized into sections such as Introduction, Methodology, Results, and Conclusion. Figures and tables must be clearly labeled and referenced in the text. Equations should be properly formatted and numbered. References must follow IEEE numbered citation style. The paper should be written in clear, formal English and must be original.
