SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

The submitted paper must be original and not under review or published elsewhere. Authors should submit the manuscript in IEEE-compliant PDF format with embedded fonts. Some conferences require blind review, in which author identities must be removed. Papers are submitted through the designated conference submission system with complete metadata. Each paper undergoes peer review based on novelty, technical quality, relevance, and clarity. After acceptance, authors must revise the paper according to reviewer comments. The final camera-ready paper must meet all IEEE formatting requirements. Authors are required to complete the IEEE copyright form. At least one author must register for the conference. The accepted paper must be presented to be included in the proceedings.
