OUR TRAINING METHODOLOGY

  • The decision on the choice of intervention techniques is purely based on the Pre-Training Analysis report.
  • A series of Pre-Training Assessments will be administered to everyone and will be mapped on the skill-will matrix.
  • The students will then be coached, guided, mentored, supported or trained depending on the needs of the students.
  • In order to measure the training effectiveness, the students will also be subjected to a series of Post Training Assessment after completion of each of the training module.

  • The SHL AMCAT Assessment is conducted annually to evaluate students’ competencies across multiple dimensions, including psychometric analysis, aptitude (quantitative, verbal, and logical reasoning), coding and technical skills, as well as personality and behavioral attributes. This comprehensive assessment helps identify students’ current proficiency levels and enables targeted training interventions for continuous improvement.
  • The Pearson MePro Program is designed to strengthen students’ Communication skills, with a focus on listening, speaking, reading, and writing. It also emphasizes grammar and vocabulary development, helping students improve their overall English proficiency through structured learning and consistent practice.
  • The SkillRack Platform is widely used to enhance programming and problem-solving abilities. Through regular coding exercises, contests, and hands-on practice, students develop strong logical thinking and technical skills essential for the industry.
  • The Aptitude Buster Program focuses on improving students’ aptitude skills, including quantitative ability, verbal reasoning and logical reasoning. Through continuous practice and systematic training, this program helps students increase their problem-solving speed, accuracy, and confidence.
