Co-ordinator's Desk

  • The PoSH Cell of our college is committed to creating a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for all students and staff. We aim to raise awareness on gender issues, promote mutual respect, and prevent all forms of sexual harassment and discrimination on campus.
  • Our institution follows the guidelines laid down by the University Grants Commission and the All India Council for Technical Education to ensure a secure and supportive learning and working environment.
  • The primary objective is to ensure that everyone can function without fear, discomfort, or harassment, and is treated with dignity at all times. The college has established clear procedures for filing complaints and has formed an Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) to address issues in a fair and timely manner. Regular awareness and sensitization programs are conducted to educate students and staff about appropriate behavior and institutional policies.
  • To make the process accessible, a grievance link/email facility is available on the college website, where complaints can be submitted confidentially. Relevant guidelines and details of the ICC members are also made available for transparency.
  • Our college remains committed to upholding a safe campus culture built on respect, equality, and accountability.
