Reconstitution of Student Grievance Redressal Committee for the
Academic Year 2025–2026.

In accordance with the UGC (Redressal of Grievances of Students) Regulations, 2023, and guidelines issued by AICTE and the affiliating University, the Student Grievance Redressal Committee (SGRC) of S.A. Engineering College (Autonomous) has been reconstituted for the academic year 2025–2026 to address the grievances of students in a fair and time-bound manner.

Functions of the Student Grievance Redressal Committee (SGRC)
  • Complaints raised by students shall be addressed to the Chairperson of SGRC.
  • The SGRC shall follow principles of natural justice while considering any grievance.
  • The committee shall submit a report with recommendations to the Institution within 15 working days from the receipt of a complaint.
  • A copy of the report shall be forwarded to the aggrieved student.

       If dissatisfied, the student may appeal to the Anna University Nominee    

       within 15 days from the date of the SGRC decision
